3. Booking and Payment
•Booking: All bookings must be made in advance. Confirmation of the booking will be provided upon receipt of required details and any applicable deposit.
•Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Bank Transfers, all bank cards. For regular services, payment schedules will be agreed upon in advance.
•Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of $70.
4. Pricing
•Our pricing is based on the scope of work and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
•Additional charges may apply for extra services or special requests.
5. Access and Safety
•The client must provide access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not provided, a cancellation fee may apply.
•The client must ensure a safe working environment for our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.
6. Liability and Insurance
•We are insured for public liability. In the event of any damage caused by our staff, it must be reported within 24 hours.
•We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or for any loss of items unless caused by our negligence.
